Employ Health team making every step count this Steptember

Here at Employ Health we believe that 'Health Trumps Everything.' We strive to live up to our values so we have signed up to participate in 'Steptember' with two goals in mind; to raise funds for The Cerebral Palsy Alliance and improve our fitness.

During the month of September, four of Employ Health Top Guns: Team captain Fraser Thompson, Trent Seth, Russell Dalton and Ryan Tiernan, will each be aiming to complete 10 000 steps per day for the entire month.

The goal is more difficult than it sounds. Hitting 10000 steps on each day of September will require dedication and change to our regular routine. The average office worker usually walks just over 3000 steps per day!

Steptember is not only a great initiative to increase fitness levels and develop new healthy habits, it more importantly raises vital funds to support people living with cerebral palsy (CP) - a condition that affects movement.

So how can you help support Employ Health’s Steptember journey?

1. Step up, get active and join us in becoming champions of Health.
